Refund policy

At Wellive, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand our return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • The return request is raised within 2 Days of delivery

Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be initiated within 2 Days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wellive.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank or payment account.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases where:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

If you need an exchange, please contact wellive.in@gmail.com with images and details of the issue within 2 Days of delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 2 Days of delivery
  • Provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
